Depending on the position, we have one of two application processes – tailored to the job requirements and ensuring a great start with us.
The Application Process at HIP
Once we have received your application, our HR team and the relevant department will review your application documents.
If your profile matches the professional and personal requirements of the job posting, we would be pleased to invite you to a first interview. This conversation will focus on getting to know you better, discussing your career path, experiences, and professional suitability. Typically, the interview will include your future supervisor and someone from the HR team.
The second interview usually involves the future supervisor. This meeting aims to further explore personality-related and competency-based aspects and to align your technical understanding with our requirements.
Have your experiences and skills already made a strong impression? The coffee date (about 30 minutes) is an opportunity to connect on a personal level to ensure that everything feels right for both sides.
After reviewing all the results from your documents and the personal interviews, we will contact you to share the decision. If everything is a fit and you receive an offer, we will send you a written job offer. The terms and conditions are clarified in the interviews beforehand.Did you receive a rejection? In this conversation, we want to get to know you – expect questions about your previous experiences and personal background. Of course, we also want to introduce ourselves and answer any questions you may have about the position.The interview is usually conducted with a representative from the relevant department, typically your future supervisor.
After reviewing all the results from your documents and the personal conversations, we will contact you to inform you of the decision.
