There, we have outlined the specific application process in detail. Regardless of the specific area, we aim to give you as much insight into your future work environment as possible during each of our application processes. You’ll get to know future colleagues and your supervisor, allowing both sides to gain a comprehensive impression of each other, stemming from various perspectives and flowing smoothly into a positive future collaboration.
Our goal in the interviews is primarily to get to know the person behind the application. There is no standard literature you need for preparation – just be yourself. It’s about presenting your skills and interests and assessing whether there is a mutual personal fit. Along with professional qualifications, we are looking for people who identify with our corporate goals and are passionate about contributing to them.
For some of our vacancies, such as in Sales or Marketing, we may ask you to work on a question for the second interview and present it at a follow-up appointment. Typically, we’ll send you the assignment and materials for preparation about a week before the presentation. This allows us to better assess your skills and establishes a foundation for an in-depth professional exchange.
For our virtual interviews, you’ll receive an invitation from our recruiter, including all essential information and an MS Teams link for the video call. There’s no need to download or install anything in advance. Shortly before the interview, you can log in through this link and join the conversation. Please remember to confirm the appointment, so we can schedule the meeting.
We’re keen on bringing the best candidates on board as quickly as possible. To make a careful selection, we take the time to review each profile individually. The time until our feedback to you will also depend on the volume of applications. However, we strive to provide feedback promptly. At the latest, we’ll give you a status update a week after the interview on where you stand in the application process with us.
We completely understand that you want to grow and continuously improve through application processes and interviews. We believe that this development can be positively influenced by dedicated feedback from companies. Therefore, if you have questions or wish for further feedback, we are happy to arrange a feedback call. Otherwise, we will provide you with brief feedback between interviews and encourage you to give us feedback as well. We are also grateful for your honest feedback to continuously optimize our recruiting process and interview format.
