This is what we need you for
- Within the expansion of our open eHealth data platform, as a Backend Developer in a Scrum team, you will be responsible for further development of the platform, integration, and infrastructure components.
You support the technical product owners in creating user stories in the context of sprint planning and participate in the functional and technical design of the software.
You will accompany software architecture decisions and actively contribute your experience and knowledge to our platform team and the cross-departmental backend chapter.
You will utilize established development tools for implementation, testing, documentation, and work organization.
You will perform code reviews with other developers.

You can refer to many years of professional experience in the areas mentioned above.
You have successfully completed a program of study, preferably with a focus on computer science or in an equivalent field, or a similar training.
You have a deep understanding of microservices development using Java/Spring Boot and are well-versed in container environments such as Docker or Kubernetes.
You are familiar with different database technologies (SQL, NoSQL) and have experience working with scaling database systems.
You know patterns of event-driven development (e. g. message broker, event log) within stream-oriented data processing.
You are skilled in using Git version management, standard API testing tools (e. g. Postman), and REST interfaces.
You are proficient in using IDEs, such as IntelliJ IDEA or Eclipse.
Experience in national and international e-health standards is an advantage.
You are fluent in German and English.
