We are looking for a Marketing Manager (m/f/d) for our Health Intelligence Platform division to start as soon as possible.

Reporting to the Chief Customer Officer, the Marketing Manager will work to bring the ‘voice of the customer’ to our marketing programmes and the ‘voice of our product’ to the market. For this we need you

  • Your core responsibilities include translating product positioning into compelling content for various audiences and marketing programmes to drive education and demand
  • You will drive customer and prospect research to support messaging and positioning, sales and partner enablement, and feedback to product teams
  • You will ensure internal cross-functional collaboration as well as collaboration with agencies and partners to create impactful materials – from explainer videos and product demos to written explanations, blogs and infographics
  • You will be responsible for creating, scaling and maintaining sales enablement and business development tools, as well as planning and managing Vitagroup customer events
  • You will take the lead on marketing campaigns and routing Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) to sales and partner teams
  • Working with sales to identify and measure the impact of sales enablement content and continuously improve its effectiveness and adoption
  • You have technical responsibility in marketing and act cross-functionally in other units of our organisation

What you bring along

  • You have a degree in marketing, economics or a related field or equivalent work experience
  • You have several years of professional experience ( > 5 years experience) in product marketing, as well as experience in the software industry. Initial experience in healthcare is desirable
  • You have strong writing skills and a proven track record of delivering effective marketing content, as well as experience in creating, implementing and measuring the impact of product marketing content.
  • You have the ability to translate complex ideas into easy-to-understand content and messages, as well as the ability to manage, administer and report on various projects simultaneously
  • You feel comfortable in a practice-oriented environment where everyone is equally interested in success and you can adapt quickly and effectively to a change in strategy or scope
  • You are a strong communicator with a keen focus on goals, deadlines and results.
  • You convince with your hands-on mentality and you find it easy to organise and structure yourself
  • You are an empathetic team player with the self-confidence to ask questions as well as share ideas
  • You are fluent in German and English

1. Interview

If your profile meets the professional and personal requirements of the job advertisement, we would be pleased to invite you to a first interview. We would like to get to know you in this interview. Questions about your previous career, experience and professional aptitude are the focus here. The interview is usually attended by the future manager and someone from the HR team.

Step 3
2. Interview

The second interview usually takes place with the future manager. The purpose of the interview is to enquire about personality-related and competence-based aspects in greater depth and to compare your professional understanding with our requirements.

Step 4
(If necessary) Coffee Date

Have you already been able to impress with your experience and skills? A coffee date (approx. 30 minutes) is about exchanging ideas on a personal level to see if everything fits from both sides

Step 5
Final decision & possible contract offer

After reviewing all the results from the documents and the personal interviews, we will contact you and inform you of our decision. If everything fits and you have been accepted, we will send you a written contract offer. We will clarify the general conditions in the interviews in advance.
