We are looking for an Account Manager (m/f/d) to support our sales team as soon as possible.

At vitagroup, customer relationships are our top priority. We are looking for a dedicated and personable Account Manager to manage customer accounts and act as the main point of contact. For this we need you

  • You are the main contact person in all matters related to the concerns and needs of our customers
  • You take care of building and strengthening customer relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
  • You will develop a comprehensive understanding of our customers’ healthcare business and our products and service offerings
  • You will be responsible for identifying upsell, cross-sell and renewal opportunities and communicating regularly with the sales team
  • You will organise regular meetings with other team members to discuss progress, solve problems and find new ways to improve the service
  • You will be responsible for the diligent maintenance of customer files and track all contract updates and renewals
  • Collaborate with sales and other internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans and ensure KPIs are met
  • You will be responsible for creating progress reports for clients and executives within the organisation

What you bring along

  • You have a degree in business administration or similar or have completed a commercial apprenticeship
  • You already have professional experience from a sales or customer service function in a company in the healthcare industry
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills and are a multi-tasker
  • You have excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and strong communication skills with customers and colleagues
  • You can demonstrate success in meeting or exceeding targets and positive customer feedback
  • You are proficient in common methods that help you with customer success and customer relationship management
  • You are fluent in German and English
  • Professional certifications (e.g. from the Strategic Account Management Association) would be a plus

In diesem Gespräch möchten wir Dich kennenlernen – Fragen zu Deinen bisherigen Erfahrungen und zu Deiner Person erwarten Dich hier. Selbstverständlich möchten wir uns auch vorstellen und Dir Fragen zur Stelle beantworten.

Das Gespräch findet in der Regel mit einer Vertretung aus dem Fachbereich statt, meist die zukünftige Führungskraft.

Schritt 3
Finale Entscheidung & ggf. Vertragsangebot

Nach Prüfung aller Ergebnisse aus den Unterlagen und den persönlichen Gesprächen setzen wir uns mit Dir in Verbindung und teilen Dir die Entscheidung mit. Wenn alles passt und Du eine Zusage erhalten hast, senden wir Dir das schriftliche Vertragsangebot zu. Die Rahmenbedingungen klären wir in den Interviews vorab.
